Using SupportDesk Helper
SupportDesk Helper is a support workflow and reply-drafting tool for ecommerce stores. It helps users organize tickets, review customer conversations, manage policies, draft replies, and use order context when available.
Review replies before sending
Users are responsible for reviewing replies before sending them to customers. Drafts may be incomplete, outdated, or not appropriate for every situation. SupportDesk Helper does not guarantee that every draft is perfect.
Acceptable use
The app should not be used for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or misleading support activity. Users must not use SupportDesk Helper to send harmful content, impersonate others, or misuse customer information.
Shopify order data
Shopify order data is read-only and depends on the information available in the connected Shopify store. SupportDesk Helper may show order, fulfillment, tracking, and item details when Shopify provides them. It does not edit Shopify orders, refunds, products, fulfillments, payments, or customer records.
Billing
Direct website users are billed through Stripe. Shopify App Store users are billed through Shopify. Billing management options may differ depending on how the workspace was created.
Cancellation
Users may cancel or manage subscriptions through the billing provider available for their workspace. Access to paid features may change after cancellation, failed payment, or subscription expiration.
Service availability
We work to keep SupportDesk Helper reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or other events outside our control.
Limitation of liability
SupportDesk Helper is provided as a practical support tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost sales, or customer support decisions made by users based on app output.
